Services Provided

  • We offer résumé writing, cover letter creation, LinkedIn profile optimization, and related career documents as agreed upon at the time of purchase.

  • Services are based on the information provided by the Client and tailored to the Client’s career goals.

Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for supplying complete and accurate information regarding your employment history, education, skills, and achievements.

  • We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in the information you provide.

  • Final review of the documents is your responsibility before submission to employers.

Delivery & Revisions

  • Draft résumés will be delivered within 2 business days after receipt of all necessary information.

  • You are entitled to 2 revision rounds within 14 days of receiving the draft.

  • Revisions are limited to formatting, wording, and clarifications — not major career changes or new information provided after the draft has been completed.

Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is due in full before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • If you cancel before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Guarantees & Limitations

  • We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes.

  • Our role is to provide professionally written documents; results depend on market conditions, employer preferences, and your job search efforts.

Confidentiality

  • All personal information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of preparing your career documents.

  • We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of your résumé or career documents.

  • You agree to use the documents at your own risk.

Acceptance

By purchasing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
